Great customer service and clean room, but Wi-Fi was spotty during my stay.

the hotel was well located and had reasonable rates. i appreciated the micro-fridge and coffee maker in the room. The separate breakfast area provided some privacy. the warmth of the sunshine by the outdoor pool was lovely, too. with new management and ongoing renovations, the clean rooms with nice new carpet and tile were a pleasant surprise.

I stayed for a night in a 2 Queen Beds Non-Smoking room. The outdoor pool offered lovely relaxation after a long drive. The friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, but the room needed more thorough cleaning. Overall, a decent stopover on my journey through the U.S.

my stay was made enjoyable by being so close to beautiful San Felasco Hammock State Park, perfect for a weekend stroll, and there were some nice food options like Dunkin’ just a few steps away, making it easy to grab a bite before heading out to explore the city.

Target audience needs to watch out

The front desk was very friendly and actually made us feel comfortable, which was a nice surprise. Plus, they have a small breakfast room with free breakfast every morning, with pastries and coffee—that was at least somewhat edible.

The rates weren’t exactly pocket change but given the circumstances, I guess it was acceptable.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, especially as we enjoyed a trip to the nearby Haile Plantation Golf Club which was great for the whole family. The room was spacious enough for our needs, and the convenience of nearby dining options helped keep everyone happy.

In my wife's opinion, the cleaning could improve. It would be great if there were additional kid-friendly activities on site.
